SYNC Voice Technology
The Ford SYNC® Communications and Entertainment System* is optional in Focus SE
and standard in Focus SES and SEL. This state-of-the-art, voice-activated system
fully integrates many Bluetooth®-enabled mobile phones and digital media
players. What can SYNC® do? Here's a sampling: Connects multiple
Bluetooth®-enabled phones. Allows you to control the entire library of your
connected MP3 player by voice. Offers complete hands-free control of your main

High-performance stereo sound in Ford Focus begins with an AM/FM system with an
MP3-capable single-disc CD player, four speakers and audio input jack, standard
in all models. The Audiophile® System (available in SES and SEL models) features
an MP3-capable in-dash 6-disc CD player, four coaxial speakers and 8" subwoofer.
Sirius Satellite Radio
SIRIUS® Satellite Radio* delivers more than 130 channels for music, news, sports
and entertainment. And the big new for 2009 Focus: SIRIUS is now standard in SE,
SES and SEL; and optional in the S model.

Sporty SES
Enjoy the responsiveness and efficiency of the Duratec 2.0L 16-valve I-4 DOHC
engine along with the tight road-gripping manners of the performance-tuned
suspension (sport-tuned stabilizer bars and performance tires mounted on 16"
aluminum alloy wheels). Also note the outstanding list of standard features,
including the voice-activated Ford SYNC® integrated communications and
entertainment system.* This is where all the components of real Focus driving
fun come together.

Ambient Lighting
The color-configurable interior ambient lighting system lets the driver or front
seat passenger change the color of light in the front and rear footwells and in
the front and rear center console cupholders. Choose from a palette of seven
colors (Red, Blue, Purple, Green, Aqua, White and Yellow) to change your mood.
Ambient lighting is optional in Focus SE; standard in Focus SES and SEL.
Fun and Efficient
Focus gets up to 35 miles per gallon with its 2.0L Duratec 16-valve engine.*
Ford engineers made sure it's not only efficient, but also a lot of fun to
drive, by giving it 140 horses. A Partial Zero Emissions version of this engine,
available in California emissions states, is as clean as some hybrids. What's
more, Focus has a refined European-inspired suspension that makes steering and
handling more responsive. And there's an available handling package that
combines 16-inch wheels, sporty Pirelli tires, plus stabilizer bars to enhance
